Party Perfect with Arnold Myint
Lemongrass Mint Lemonade
A few months ago, my friend Lisa and I had a blast when we attended a “Creative Cocktail Party” class taught by Arnold Myint as part of the University School of Nashville evening class series. Afterwards, I wrote a beautiful blog post detailing it all, but wanted to save it for just the right time.
Well, that “right time” finally came a few weeks ago when I learned that Arnold was going to start teaching cooking classes at Cha Chah.
Arnold instructing on how to be a master mixologist at home
I just needed to put a few finishing touches on the original blog post by adding this new bit of information, and voila!, my story would be complete.
Marcona Almond Crusted Chevre
Voila! is right. With the click of a few fingers, I some how managed to erase the entire thing!!! Sadly, I don’t have the time, or even the memory of all the tiny details to rewrite it, so you’ll just have to believe me when I say that it was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken.
Tuna Tartare in Persian Cucumbers
Luckily I do still have the pictures to share, so maybe that will tell the story better than my words would anyway…
Moo Shu Chicken Lettuce Wraps
The drinks and the party foods were simple to put together, and all incredibly delicious. We left there feeling confident that we would now be referred to as hostesses with the mostesses!
Cardamom Panna Cotta with Elderflower Berries
I tell you all of this because this coming Saturday Arnold is teaching a “Party Perfect- Small Plates and Beverages” class at Cha Chah. If you’re interested in throwing the best parties in town, I highly suggest you go learn from this master of event planning. With just a few of the fabulous tips you’ll pick up during this class, I can pretty much guarantee your friends will be wowed at your next soiree!

Grab a friend or two and make a fun day of it. But hurry and sign up before all the spots are taken–just click here!
Ooh that sounds fun! I’ve always wanted to take a cocktail & amuse bouche kind of class. The almond crusted chevre & lettuce wraps look so delicious. How fun! jealous of all you Nashville Ladies!
Oh my goodness that sounds like so much fun!! All of the food looks so delicious!
WOW! This sounds and looks amazing, Beth! Thanks for sharing! I do wish I was going to be in town! Please blog again if he’s even going to do another class. I would be there in a heartbeat!!
I will definitely blog about the next one too, and hope that I’ll be able to make it. Perhaps we’ll finally meet face to face :-)
hey! i’m in that picture!
