when I was 6 yrs old I won a nintendo w/the floor power pad. as a girl that had that major of gaming hardware I was the envy of my class.

I won $1000 once on a $2 lottery scratch-off ticket. I bought new tires for my car and gave the other half to my brother. I have been fortunate in my life, not winning a whole lot in a material sense, but I have a wonderful loving fiance who is my biggest win in this crazy world. Already “like” you on facebook and I share your blog all the time, it’s amazing! I won a contest at our local pharmacy when I was little and it was a giant stuffed bear twice my size. At the time that was pretty amazing…until my older brother gave it away to his girlfriend for Valentine’s day without asking me! Loved reading about the food bloggers forum and crossing my fingers for the swag bag!

I pretty much never win things! Woe is me. I found $20 on the beach last week though, and that was like an awesome prize from the beach fairy. Does that count?
I won $103 from a radion station in college! I think that was only 1 of 2 things I ever won, unless you count silent auction items but that isn’t really “winning” since you are paying :-)
OH WAIT I won a gingerbread house making contest when I was a kid. TWICE. One year I made a gingerbread hot air balloon and the next I made a gingerbread lighthouse. I won $150 in savings bonds and cashed them in when I was in college, which was sweet.
