I am excited to meet all of them honestly. Most of all I am excited to meet Boone creek creamery because of how they incorporate fruit and such as blackberries and blueberries into come of their cheeses. I think its ingenious and delicious all in one. They also have a cheese that have a small bite of coffee in it. I am very excited to meet all the cheese makers however. I once traveled to a cheese making factory in Amish country (Heines) in Ohio and tried close to 70 cheeses. =) I truly love cheese
They all sound amazing! Can’t wait to try Sequatchie Cove Creamery after reading about them.
