What an incredible contest! These are such exciting events to have here in Nashville :] This was a very tough choice, but I think I would be most excited to try Chef Frank Bonanno of Mizuna and Luca d’Italia’s food from Denver, CO! I researched the restaurant, and I loved learning about the restaurant’s meaningful connection between the food and the Italian culture. It has always fascinated me how Italian cuisine always stems from someone’s home! I also loved the line in the website’s “About Us” that said, “Food marries art.” How perfect.
Would love to try Andrew Little’s food!
I followed you on Twitter as well as tweeted about the contest! :]
