The TODAY Show (yes, that TODAY show!) will be in 12 South tomorrow filming a segment on the marketing makeover of our very own Biscuit Love truck!
The Marketing Makeover is the creation of the marketing and branding guru Martin Lindstrom and is part of a series being filmed for the TODAY show featuring small businesses across the country trying to take their business to the next level.
If you have a dream of being on television, then head on over to 12 South tomorrow evening because this might be your chance! Biscuit Love will be open for business with a delicious (as always) dinner menu:
The Princess
“hot” chicken, topped with housemade pickles, housemade mustard, local honey, on a scratch baked biscuit
The East Nasty
Buttermilk fried chicken, Sweetwater Cheddar Cheese, local Bear Creek Farms housemade sausage gravy, on a scratch baked biscuit
The SEC
Local Jake’s Sausage patty, Bloomsbury Farms fried egg, and Sweetwater Valley Buttermilk cheddar, on top of a scratch baked biscuit
The Gertie
House-ground peanut butter, caramelized banana jam, Olive & Sinclair chocolate gravy, topped with pretzel crunch, on a scratch baked biscuit
Loaded grits
Creamy Grits topped with Slow Roasted Beef Brisket
We were supposed to go to this with the Wingos, but then Elliott lost his damn mind over multiple things, and we decided it was best to not go out in public with a temper-tantrum toddler!
Well,if you were planning to go early, it was probably for the best that you didn’t go because Elliot would’ve lost his damn mind while standing around waiting anyway! I got there a little after 4. Waited, and waited, and waited. Finally around 5:15 they let Sarah and Karl “arrive” and get into their truck. I had to be somewhere else at 5:30, so I didn’t even get to eat any food :-/
