A unique collaboration with some of our top local chefs, Savor Nashville will be hosted by another big name in the industry, Saveur magazine co-founder and noted food writer Colman Andrews. Local restaurants Arnold’s Country Kitchen, Bound’ry, Cabana, Delicioux, The Dogwood Room at Park Manor, F. Scotts, Fish & Co., Martha Stamps Catering, Red Pony Restaurant, The Standard at Smith House, Union Station and 1808 Grille will all compete in a shrimp n grits cook-off as John T. Edge, director of Southern Foodways Alliance and renowned food writer, serves as moderator. The visiting celebrity chefs will determine the winner, but attendees will get to sample all the goods!
