From the Creators of The Patterson House: The Catbird Seat
Set to open this fall, The Catbird Seat will feature an ever-changing, seven-course menu of seasonally inspired dishes by two chefs, Josh Habiger and Erik Anderson. With a U-shaped kitchen surrounded by a bar with 30 countertop seats, every guest will be able to interact directly with the chefs while they dine.
Though there is no opening date finalized yet, it is likely to be some time in October. Be sure to visit the blog to follow their progress, and go ahead and email info@thecatbirdseatrestaurant.

So very exciting! Sounds like my kinda place!
Maybe someday I’ll get to go. :)
Such a great concept! Add this to the list of things to look forward to coming back home to in November ;)
The concept of this new restaurant sounds awesome! If it’s anything close to The Patterson House, it’s going to do very well. I can’t wait to go!
what a cool concept. i like it. wonder if they’ll do one or two seatings per night (all 30 people at once), or by reservation. the logistics puzzle me, but it sounds like something i want to try. also anticipating a pretty high price point. anyone know a ballpark figure?
I’m not sure of any of those things yet, but as soon as I know more details I’ll be sure to pass along!
Hey Amanda – update on the Catbird Seat….the opening date is October 12th and the reservation system is now open! The price point is $100 per person + tax and gratuity, and an additional $30 per person for drink pairings.
