Free Gelato!
July was officially National Ice Cream Month, so as it draws to a close, Bravo Gelato has decided to cap it off by giving us all FREE gelato! (btw- gelato is much better than regular old ice cream, as explained well by my friend Erin).
Over the past few months I, along with many others, have become quite enamored with this little operation. There have been times when I’ve had up to 6 pints of delightful flavors in my freezer at once. Granted, that probably didn’t last more than a day since I devour them quickly, but still, you get the point. It makes me happy.
If you haven’t visited the shop yet, then tomorrow is a great chance to finally do so. Many of their best flavors (in my opinion) will be in the case: Peanut Butter Honey, Yazoo Heffe Banana, Jack n Honey, and Maple with Benton’s Bacon, to name just a few. Last night I witnessed with my own eyes the hand-off of some peach fried pies from Atlanta’s Varsity restaurant and rumor has it they will make their debut in a new flavor tomorrow as well. Mmmm, I can’t wait!

We did this! It was awesome. And we took Joey's aunt there this weekend. She loved it. As a diabetic, she was thrilled with the low fat/calories.
I've had the honey/peanut butter and peach. Yum!
