Nashville Scene’s annual Best of Nashville issue just hit the stands a few days ago and I want to thank you all for voting for me! For the second year in a row, I placed second in the Best Food Writer category between two very talented and very deserving people, Chris Chamberlain and Jennifer Justus.

When I started this blog over seven years ago, I had no idea anyone other than my friends and family would ever read it, and I certainly didn’t think I’d be winning any awards! Even better than the awards though are the friendships I’ve built and the amazing opportunities I’ve been given. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for supporting me all these years!
