This Thursday, November 13th, Chef Tony Galzin is hosting a holiday pie class at POP Nashville! I don’t know about you, but now that Halloween is behind me, I’ve definitely starting thinking about my Thanksgiving and Christmas menus.
You may remember me talking about Chef Tony previously. When he moved here from Chicago in 2012, he was the Pastry Chef at Flyte, and that same year was named best pastry chef in Nashville by Nashville Lifestyles magazine. There’s no doubt he’s the perfect teacher for pie making! At the class, Tony will demonstrate techniques for making crust, fillings, and baking tips. He’ll even throw in a few tips on what to do with leftover turkey, something we all could use. Hurry and get your tickets now before they’re all gone!
