Today, February 20th, was supposed to be my due date. But as you know, our little man came into the world a few weeks early. On Thursday he’ll be 4 weeks old, and I can’t believe how fast time is flying!
I’m doing my best to savor every second, so as you can imagine, blogging about food is pretty much the last thing on my mind. I’d much rather sit and stare at this little guy. Or count his fingers and toes. Or nap with him on my chest.
Right now it’s all about him. If you have one of your own, I know you understand where I’m coming from. For the rest of you, please just be patient with me…. I promise I’ll be back soon!

I totally understand. As I read your blog this morning I am holding my little man while he naps. He turns five months today! Time has flown by so fast so cherish every moment! He is precious!

he’s positively BEAUTIFUL and of course everyone understands. How could food even compare to that gorgeous baby boy???
Enjoy these first few months, they go by so so so fast. My little one just turned 17 months and I can’t even remember where the last year or so of my life has gone.

Mine are 27 and 38 (years, that is) and, yes, I know exactly what you mean. Take you time. Little bits and pieces like you shared today are always welcome. But, he has to come first in your life and your heart.

Congratulations, a month late but I am new here. He is precious, and blogging be damned go stare at that baby, just take lots of pics it goes by too fast.
I love your blog and enjoyed reading about you, and fun spots to go in Nashville. If I ever make it out that way I will check out a few listed here for sure.
