Looks so cool! Can’t wait to try it out.
mmmmmmm!
YAY! Can’t wait to try it. If you make it this weekend, let me know what you think. *Carrie
Hey Carrie- I ate there for a preview dinner last night and thought it was great! The crudo sampler, swiss chard salad, filet and cream corn brulee were the standouts. They didn’t have everything available yet, and there were definitely some dishes that looked amazing that I can’t wait to try once it’s open!
i think i could eat that dessert every weekend for the rest of my life
Actually, that cream corn brulee isn’t a dessert, it’s a side dish! Very reminiscent of a southern corn pudding, but with the crunchy top crust of a brulee. To-die-for!
Yum! This place doesn’t look like your average steakhouse, and I’m increasingly wanting to do a food tour of Nashville
It is definitely NOT your average steakhouse. They’ve got some really unique and interesting dishes on the menu as you can tell by just the few I’ve shown above!
What a lovely restaurant. Your dinner sounds amazing!
Sounds and looks terrific! What price range is it?
It could get pricey quick ($$$$$) depending on what you order, but you could also put together a meal for a fairly reasonable price. All items are al a carte, and the steaks are the highest dollar items, ranging from high $20’s to $50’s. But there are plenty of fish, salads, and sides that you could put together for a meal that would be in the $30 range/person.

Ok – you’ve officially made me want to go there asap!! Great post Beth! (as always)
Hi Beth –
I just stumbled across your site as we prepare for our first trip to Nashville! We are only in town for two nights – wondering if you could help us pick out two dinner restaurants. One that’s nicer (steak/seafood, etc.), and one more casual. We like any and all types of food! BTW – I loved your post on 112 Eatery – divine isn’t it?!
After reading this post, I decided to go to Kayne Prime for my first birthday dinner in Nashvile. It’s tomorrow night – can’t wait!! I’m a steak lover (and self-proclaimed connoisseur) , but the words “cream corn brulee” put me over the top…
You will not be disappointed! The steaks are divine, but the side items are what I crave! Love, love, love their black kale salad (split it with a couple of other ppl), that corn brulee, and the bubbles & squeak. I saw the chef tweet something about risotto ‘tater’ tots being added to the menu, so you must try those if they’re on there already!!
I’ve also heard the housemade bacon with maple cotton candy is crazy delicious, but haven’t tried it yet myself. It’s on my list for the next visit. Enjoy and happy birthday!
Beth–I am taking my husband and son on December 23–I hope they will love it–God Bless and Merry Christmas!
How was your dinner?? Hope your holidays have been great!
