What are you dishing up this weekend? The 4th of July is all about food, fun and friends, so we’re off to a lake cabin with 10 pals where I’ll be testing out some new recipes. What about you? What’s on the menu for your party?

My favorite cookout/potluck dish so far this summer, has been the broccoli slaw in my blog! I brought it on the 4th, and it got GOBBLED UP (and it was in the company of lots of other sides).
